Elite Strength & Conditioning Program

The Elite Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to help young athletes enhance their physical abilities for life and sport. Daily sessions will focus on exercise technique, cardiovascular endurance and other nutrition and lifestyle management concepts. Supervised by experienced Certified Trainers, our program will provide an excellent foundation for teamwork, discipline and long-term athletic development (LTAD).

Starting June 26, 2023 and ending August 13, 2023

Cost of Program $ 50 per week

2 training sessions daily (1 hour each session)

Summer football Academy

This Football Academy Program will help athletes develop the fundamental skills to play touch or flag football. Throwing, catching and basic gameplay will be the focus of each training session. Speed, agility and hand-eye coordination are some of the benefits that will result from participation in this Football Academy Program. Our coaches have Canadian University and NCAA experience, so register today to take your game to the next level.

Limited spots available  (Football Canada coaching template requires a maximum amount of participants for proper skill development.)

General Strength & Conditioning Program

A 4-week strength and conditioning program which will teach participants proper technique for bench press, squats, deadlifting and various other exercises. A safe and progressive program will enable participants to understand the importance of strength and conditioning to help improve lifestyle habits. Indoor shoes are required for this program. 

Starting July 3 to 28, 2023

Cost of program : $50.00 (additional family member $25.00)
