To access Chisasibi Fitness Center services, everyone MUST complete those forms and read the Member’s Handbook and the 10 Commandments of the Chisasibi Fitness Center.

The Chisasibi Fitness Center has been developing fitness training programs since 2008. Our group of experienced Certified Personal Trainers can help members achieve their fitness goals using our 3 state of the art training areas. Equipped with free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, power racks and cardio equipment, the Chisasibi Fitness Center has the best functional training layout in Eeyou Istchee.
The creation of our new “Cree Health, Fitness and Sport Literacy Program” will enable community members to engage in weekly activities which promote health, fitness and sport. Joining one of the programs will help participants learn about health topics, follow a structured program or improve their performance in sport. Single mothers, children, youth, adults and elders can enjoy our large 1,800 sq/ft public training area 1, or receive Personal training in our 2- 600 sq/ft semi private areas (2 and 3), for one hour, 2-6 times a week.

The Chisasibi Fitness Center has been developing fitness programs and certifying Personal Trainers since 2008. Our group of Certified Trainers speak Cree, English and French. All our programs are developed by Cree Nation of Chisasibi community members.
